In October of 2019, a delegation led by Amarendra Naath Singha met with Kaicho Hoosain Narker in Siliguri to discuss the possibilities of the Karate component of the Azad Hind Foundation becoming members of Ashihara Karate and him becoming the Technical Advisor to the Foundation.

After much discussion and deliberation, a mutual understanding was reached which will ensure that the karate standards of the AHIFK will be improved on.
